Refund Policy

1. General Policy

MyCo Engineering Services is committed to providing high-quality engineering solutions. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business operations.

2. Service-Based Refunds

For our consulting and engineering services:

  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Work completed and delivered cannot be refunded
  • Cancellations must be requested in writing
  • Material costs and third-party expenses are non-refundable

3. Project Cancellation

If you need to cancel a project:

  • Notify us immediately in writing at MyCoengineeringservices@gmail.com
  • Payment for completed work will be retained
  • Unused retainer amounts may be refunded after deducting completed work
  • Cancellation fees may apply for projects in progress

4. Digital App/Software Services

For software development and digital services:

  • Source code and deliverables completed are non-refundable
  • Testing and deployment phases are non-refundable once initiated
  • Refunds may be considered if project requirements cannot be met

5. Payment Gateway Refunds

For payments made through our mobile app or payment gateways:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
  • Bank processing times may vary
  • Transaction fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method

6. Disputes

In case of disputes:

  • Contact us within 30 days of service completion
  • Provide detailed explanation of the issue
  • We will work with you to find a fair resolution
  • All disputes are subject to Indian law and West Bengal jurisdiction
