All intellectual property rights in our services, including but not limited to software, designs, and documentation, remain the property of MyCo Engineering Services unless explicitly transferred in writing.

As an ISO/IEC 27001 certified company, we maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of service delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

MyCo Engineering Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal, India.
